Pivot 4 was released just days ago .... and I decided to try it

LOL ... thank you, but as I said, I'm a flash user, which means I'm experienced on animating ... this is just the first anims I made with pivot :)

To be fair i'm not entirely sure what it is with people round here, you can have the smoothest animation and it still sucks, guess i got a lot to learn o.O However, in my point of view, the only strange thing i can find is the run/walk thing.... Well it's a very strange run/walk thing:D And with the punch in the second one it looks like it goes through the grey guy's head. But these are all minor things, for first animations in pivot they're brilliant o.O

Seeing as with pivot you don't have to worry about resizing, wobblyness etc, you're free to focus on the movements. With pivot try to make it as smooth as humanly possible, then make it smoother, at which point it's not smooth enough.
And move all the joints in every frame, otherwise it'll look stiff, also really exaggerate the easing to the point where it's painful to animate or everything else will be useless anyway.
