This is why I usualy have a hard time believing most of your work is your original concept.
Some bits are nicely detailed, some are just a simple, detailless shape with one fill with gives the impression it was traced. A reference is fine, but simply copying/ tracing is not the way to do it.

But since you asked for CnC:
-The legs contradict your RHG's animations. Your RHG has human-like legs in the animated form, now here, he has those Alien VS. Predator Alien legs?
-He's standing in a pose that gives the impression one foot is behind another, which is fine, but at least next time add a background the next time you do, without one, looks like one legs is simply shorter than the other, and as if he's about to fall sideways.
-The tail is sloppy looking and messy.
-I have no idea what the gouges and grooves in his chest are, there's nothing to make it visually obvious what it's supposed to be, detailing the chest would make it a lot better.
-The right shoulder is silhoutted and from the view I see it, it doesn't look attached to his body, the chest has no indication of connecting to the arm, and the shoulder looks like it has some sort of plating on it, but behind it is nothing, giving the impressino nothing is holding his arm into place.

But overall, it's not bad, just try to be more original with your ideas, copied, traced or not, it screams out Alien vs. Predator to me.
Also, export the image when you're done, it's an IMAGE, so it's better off an image file, it takes less time to load and upload, and mobile users can view it, with .swfs, they can't.
