Before you kill me with insults, this is my one of my first practices, I ain't pro. Suggestions and Comments are accepted, I guess.
It's my first time here, will at least some of you help me? <3

[ Retrograde Circulation ]

Prologue
Viruses have been discovered since the 20th century and they are functioned to infect an organism's body system, which would feasibly kill the organism itself. Scientists describe bacteria as living, that fact contrasts with the virus, since it lacks most qualities of a real living organism. Though, what if scientists discover something new? Something like a new kind of virus that lives and would alter the default settings in an organism body, such as its blood circulation? It sounds pretty freakin' weird but I did say 'new' discovery.

A person's body contains blood and that blood flows through the body in means of arteries and veins, pumped by the heart. It goes through one direction and can never travel back. They are prevented to be going retrograde because of four valves and if, let's say, little Tesilia's valves disfunction, a retrograde circulation will occur any time and with that, it's like a little Tesilia has activated her countdown to heaven.

It's about a virus that infect your four valves in the heart, making your blood travel backward. ^.^

Idea just popped out, no idea why...

Ah. Classic ol' story about infection of serious virus with no cure or such. Can wait for Chapter 1. :)

Hmm...
Two things:
I think you need to focus on the specificities and nuances of the viruses. The steps it takes to contract said virus, the symptoms, periods of activation (how long this occurs), etc.
Second, a plot to go along with this. It's an interesting virus, no doubt. Something with high stakes aside from the classic "wiping out humanity" bullshit that a lot of people use.
Those are my two cents.
Cheers,
