Post in the beginners Section.
Okay it seems that you are fairly new to this place,
basicly, Post your aniamtions in This thread http://www.stickpageportal.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35330&page=2095 until the better members of the forum tell you it is time to leave. We as a whole can give your CC (Constructive Critisism) on your animations but only you can make them better. Look at some Tutorials, some small tests and jsut keep experimenting witht he programme i suppose.

:)
& About the animation, really you need to work on everything :/
head over the the tutorial section of this site, and perhaps check out this tutorial too.

Its actually one of the best First animations ive ever seen.
but still you need to post in the begginer section.
work on
Easing:kinda like this
say heres the ball
. . . . . . . . .
thats easing.

then work on stiffness: moving the back so your person doesnt look like all cramped. it makes your stickman look fluid and life like
then work on the choppyness.
that comes from doing all this.

I'm seriously impressed by the quantity.

Keep it up, learn some good movements and you'll be fantastic.
