Those are actually pretty nice.
I would reccomend trying to get rid of the stiffness. To do that, you need to move every joint in every frame. (there are exceptions tho, but those are far between)
Also, practice on your gravity and easing. Other then that, I can just say good job.

actually i would :>

i just wanted to know so that i could find out if i should really break down some CnC or let him go back to flash, because that is what will happen lol.

anyway, as sharp said, stiffness.
and also, some new animators tend to do this, but when the stick guy stops after an attack or something, he slides on to the floor and slows til' stopping.
I would advise to avoid this, it represents somewhat laziness in a way.
and make sure that when your stick figure throws a punch or kick, the punch/kick is followed fluidly by the next attack. I saw a bit of "attack then 'relaxing position' then attack again" in there.

Overall really nice job! your on the right track

I think right now, the biggest thing for you to work on is incorperating a feeling of gravity into your animations. For example on the second animation, when he kicks he doesn't seem to propel himself or anything. He just starts floating upwards for no reason.
