Yeah, everyone does that. It's interesting to look at everybody and their strategy that they use as an ecosystem of strategies, evolving and dying out. For example, if WyzDM created a 1200 alt, that would disrupt the local ecosystem there and cause a new strategy to propagate along the lower ranks and slowly upwards as they begin winning against the intermediates.

Player 1 plays Player 2.
Player 1 loses to Player 2.
Player 1 plays Player 3, and uses Player 2's strategy.
Player 1 loses again.
Player 1 plays Player 2, and uses Player 3's strategy.
Player 1 wins.

So basically I put it simply, of course it's more complicated than this. Basically, Player 1 wins because he uses Player 3's strategy against Player 2. Since Player 3 beat Player 2's strategy, and Player 1 is using Player 3's strategy, then Player 1 wins.

Who exactly are u talking to? There will be a strategy that counters P3's strategy. Strategies change with buffs, updates, nerfs, and etc.

No, I'm just saying that's how you find the counter for a strategy that you don't know how to beat.

It's called "training". But yea, like the great Daemonic once said, "Everytime you lose, stop & think, Why did I lose? What did I do wrong? Learn from your mistakes."

*sigh* But you're thinking of strategies as discrete, you're ignoring the fact that the execution of a strategy is inherently "fuzzy" (based on how good you are at executing it, obviously).

I don't want an infraction, so I'm just going to stop talking about this now. Not that I don't like talking about strategy development, it's just that it has nothing to do with replays.
