True. And You said this is guarenteed to win? That's quite some sheer confidence ya have.
I tried to go offense against a noob(Sword+bow) and he lost both(He's the same)+He didn't garrison! NOW THAT'S OFFENSIVE!
(PS:Just joking. No flame war please T-T)

Yes, the title is more to catch attention than to provide any actual information. And on maps such as Castle, buying Archidon to limit numbers is useful.
As you are taking control, buy Miners along the way. Before buying a Giant, make sure you have enough protection to fend off any attackers.
This strategy works 3/5 of the time, based on the skill of your opponents. Of course, since this is a new account, it works 9/10 of the time.

Quote from FailingAtFailingI'm pretty sure if you somehow got 80 swords with rage, you would rape everything unless they had miner walls. You could run straight to the statue and rage and it would crumble like instantly.
This will definitely win:80 bombers

That saddening moment when they have miner walls and castle archers. Or a magikill with a well-timed explosion.

Like that will work on swords as well

If youve got 80 swords versus 2 walls and 3 archers, first send 20 out to destroy the walls, then send the rest to rape the statue. No need to sacrifice all of the swwords at once.

Still not a chance in the world.

He would be spending 1900 gold now with the update. I guess Jay didn't want anyone to turtle.

It's not about Jay not wanting turtles.
The whole idea/concept of the game is against it. Even before this update, playing the game right would remove this.

"Playing the game right" means winning. The only reason people are upset about it is because they are losing to turtling. So obviously, Jay is upset about it because many players are losing to it.
Honestly, I don't see the problem with losing a game to an annoying strategy. If you can't defeat it, and many others can't defeat it, then why not use it yourself? And when YOU get defeated when using it, then use your opponent's strategy. It's a cycle of borrowing and using strategies.

I don't understand why players were losing to turtles. They're super easy. Here's mine against fattycow, one of the best: http://tny.cz/ed501ffd

The fact that you allowed them to turtle is a sign of weakness. Now the 3 Castle Archers are 1900, so it's 2400 is 2 Walls.
Also, I watched your video, and I must ask why you had so many Eclipsors (which is not actually a word so it's spelled wrong). So many Eclipsors could die from boulders. I know you were canceling animation, but your opponent could have build more Giants and killed them. Or gotten closer and gone on the offensive.
Building a Giant. Yes, building a Giant is a big decision. But, this is ONLY in 2 cases.
A. Your opponent's army, if he has one, is weaker than yours
B. You have enough money to build Giants and other units simultaneously
In case A, your opponent won't attack, nor will he try to scout to see what you're doing. Since his army is weaker, he will wait.
In case B, you can have both loading, so you won't really fall behind strength-wise.

This is something I just played against a really weak opponent, but it proves my point nonetheless. And can a moderator shrink this? I don't know how.

Well, the main point is to:
Don't focus on defeated your opponent's army or making your army stronger than his. Prevent him from BUILDING an army in the first place. Somebody copied this from me, I don't know who.
