That was the most requested section I recall. (I remember zed saying something like "20 or so" of the members applied for it.)
Since rhg is stones brainchild, it's pretty understanable why jeff needs him to work out the section mod for it. Someone like weien or omega, they hunted misdeeds in that section like their quarry. Loopy, as far as I know, didn't do much for the section; I can get how the rhg section needs to receive more attention than the others.

I think you misunderstood me lol. I thought Jeff wanted to talk to stone about something pertaining to the actual rhg system or it's sub forum. It's hard to tell when all he said was "so I can talk to him about RHG". If he had said "so I can talk to him about the rhg mod applicants", then that'd be different. Doesn't really matter in the end though I guess. It's not like I can directly affect anything pertaining to their discussion. Forget I asked.
