There will be a place for animators to showcase their animations, its currently in development and you can expect it sometime this year :].
There are still many old school fellas here, but a lot more who are not, I know that Hyun and Terkoiz still hang around here, however its been a while since I last talked to Blizz or saw Pluto.
And whats wrong with SFDT?, says it has a Malware and wont let me in.
Anyways, go around explore the forums, stay active, maybe animate and show us your work, or just chill in the general discussion, if you need help, don't doubt to contact the moderators, they are here to help you after all, but always check the general help section or look for a solved thread of someone with your same issue.

Also remember to read the rules and respect them, you don't want any problems, we also hold a lot of
competitions, currently, stickpage helds BSE version 4 and 20 seconds to kill Crazy Jay, you are free to join either, go check them out!
