I am an avid Stick Empirist as I play one match every day (talk about loyalty) in an effort to bring up my rating and my empire coin amount. And I recently played a chaos player who we had a long battle for the center (whom I finally beat due to my merics and Archidons) and I decided that I might buy Chaos for my upcoming birthday. I've thought of the pros and cons :

Pros :

Cheap, 3.99 per month
I'm active
Empire coins can customize my placebo effects
Makes other players scared

Cons :

Needs a paypal acc
Might take some time to get used to
Needs new strategies

If you want to not only enjoy the game more, but learn more about it, go ahead. Like you said, cheap. Making a Paypal account was easy for me. Plus, making new strategies is fun! And the time getting used to it is not wasted time. :)

I felt the same way when I got chaos a few months ago. Then I got in top 100 :)

In my case, I easily got out of the giant rusher zone. And I got chaos for my birthday too!

Go for it, Intrepid! P.S. make sure you micro crawlers, I get so mad at people who just press attack button and hope for the best T.T

People who let their crawlers die are just stupid.remember 2 crawlers kills a sword and 2swords kill 3 crawlers

I use crawlers to harass, not to attack their main army. I kill my crawlers when I need more population.
