It didn't look like he had enough power to jump as high as he did in the beginning, but aside from that it was very smooth. :)

It's not that he didn't have enough power. You eased out of that jump. If he's getting ready to jump really high, no one wants to see him gently ease into that jump. Crouch down, hit that lowest frame, and EXPLODE out of that built up energy. It should only take 2 or 3 frames for him to explode instead of 7 or 8. You could definitely get away with single framing stuff like that as well. Also, there is no harm is maximizing how low he gets when he crouches. It COULD have gone a bit lower as well.
This goes for most of your fast movements. Don't be afraid to single frame them and really exaggerate the timing. Once you nail the art of exploding out and easing in, your animation will improve greatly!
That being said, pretty nice job! Keep it up!

maybe he just has remarkably strong ankles and doesn't need his knees to jump?
