Well after constantly changing my style I think I have finally found the style I like. (Inspired by Pluto and Hidro)

I like this style, I always have.
But when you have just the white head...you can make it look better, giving it that professional looking appeal, these are a few examples:

Use whichever or none, just pick your favourite.
Either way, you have the style well done here, it seems, and I also see improvement.
Good luck.

@ Epique: My animations are always a little choppy because I don't really have an eye for it.

@ Rosie: Thank you I'm glad u like it. Also those heads are nice I might use one of them next time. :)

Do you mean choppiness in general or the "scribble-y" look of the lines of the stick? If it's the former, all you have to do is practice tracing the arcs of the movement. Create a small red circle, stick it in a graphic object, and place at the end of the limbs and the top and bottom of the sticks torso. Then onion skin it and make sure it goes in a nice smooth curve/arc. 10 to 1 that will fix the choppiness. That and more practice.

I know that in betweens will generally fix all choppiness I just can't see choppiness. Like if an animation is choppy I can't tell that's why most of my anims are choppy

You'll see the choppiness if you follow the motion of the arcs with the red circle like I suggested. Smoothness comes down to good spacing and clean arcs.

To capitalize on what Vertigo said, you also have some frames where 1 stick moves and the others don't. Try not to do that. If someone is moving on frame, make a conscious effort to move every single stick. Even if its just a teeny tiny bit. What happens is our eyes very subtly see these starts and stops inbetween different objects, and this will also cause us to say "what was that?" Which is what we generally say to ourselves when something is choppy.

''you will be good at animating'' This is totally ridiculous, It'll improve his animation helping him progress to become a greater animator then he already is. You imply hes not a good animator and IF he fixes choppiness he''ll then become a good animator? or maybe you just didnt use the right choose of words. I dunno....
