well he was 16 years old. And I thought that the story was not true but then one of the teacher that was involved and got his pictures taken by the kid told us and confermed it.

i'm pretty sure you can't go to "jail" until you're a certain age. i'm pretty sure the so called age is 18 too. if anything, he went to juvie or whatnot.

Actually, you can be charged as an adult at any age. It's up to the judge where you go. A 7 year old can go to jail under charges as if he were over 18.
