Let's see... Well, not bad but 2 isn't a lot. We're talking about 3-5 giants. But strat 2 and 4 is good(2=basic, 4= surprise attack(Useless enemy turtles)).Strat 1 takes a while but good, strat 3=useless if they have merics and they kill your mage first(But it's quite useful and used by many pros(Me too))

Only rush tactic works on 5-6 giant massers

Well, actually if you want to protect something against range unit, just place a tank unit RIGHT in front of it. For example, Giants.

The Giant will hit only the Spearton if you put it right in front, giving Mage and Archidon and Allbowtrosses to deal most damage.

I use my own strat
8-12 albow (To Kill)
1-2 giants (for meat shield) or 4 speartons with shield wall
3-4 merics (duhh heal)
Works well for me and yes this could be considered as albow massing.

Well, Numbers 1,2,and 4 are really quite useless against 5-7 Giants, which most spammers use against people other than me because I kill off their economy early game :P.

So, basically if they're turtling just get some Allbowtrosses and some Archidon and Speartons to survive the Castle Archers. 4 Speartons can kill a fully grown Giant, less if you have range power behind them. And with the update, most likely they won't have a fully grown Giant anyways...
