My favorite program to use is Adobe Flash CS3
Can someone tell me if I can still do the RHG battles and can I still create one???

you are free to make an RHG and compete in battles as you like or sometimes if asked.

you should post some animations you have made first so that people can tell you how good you are. you may not be ready, or maybe you could.

Post your animations on FileIze.com created by our very own Jeff.Post them at the animation section thread after at Flash section.
(or Pivot or whatever your using)

Btw,I don't recommend making an RHG now.But do as you will.
