What program can i use to make good quality animation ?

most of the members here use flash: 8,cs5,cs6 etc. for 2d animations
some uses pivot and easytoon

but if you want 3d you can use Blender or Maya. .

i prefer flash8 if you want to have a good 2d animation app.
