Pivot for Dummies[Pivot][UI]

Hello people. My name is da_infamous, youngest Pivot Lord member alive at the moment. I am here you give you n00bs and everybody else a tutorial that will help you out a little with both v2.2.5 and v3.0 Beta. Lets start!

-Pivot v2.2.5
I've been using Pivot since I was 7, and the program has had me hooked for three years. My first was with this program.

--Buttons

---File
New-Start a new animation.

Open Animation-Open up one of your previous animations.

Save Animation-Save your animation as a piv., gif., or bmp. frames.

Load Background-Load up a background for your animation. (In this version, the background you load is the background you will use for the whole animation.)

Clear Background-Erases the background you loaded up.

Load Figure Type-Load up a stk file.

Create Figure Type-Create your own stk file.

Exit-Exit the Pivot program.

---Options
Width-Shows how wide your animation is in pixels.

Height-Shows how tall your animation is in pixels.

Ok-Confirms the settings and dimensions for your animation.

Cancel-Exit the options and nothing is changed.

---Help
View Readme File-Shows Readme file of Pivot.exe.

About-Shows the date Pivot was released and the name of the developer, along with a logo.

---Animation Buttons
Play-Plays your animation.

Stop-Stops the animation so you can get back to work.

Frame Rate Toolbar-Changes the speed of your animation.

Repeat-If checked, it will keep looping until you uncheck it or stop it.

Stk Scrollbar-Shows you the list of stks you have in your animation.

Add Figure-Add a selected stk to your animation.

Next Frame-Adds a frame to the animation.

---Current Figure Buttons
Delete-Erases the selected stk.

Edit-Takes you to the Stick Figure Creator so you can edit thte selected stk.

Center-Puts the selected stk back in the middle of the animation.

Flip-Turns the selected stk to the opposite side.

Colour/Color-Takes you to the color select screen where you can change the color of the selected stk.

Scale Scrollbar-Measures the size of the selected stk.

Front-Puts the selected stk in front of all the other stks.

Back-Puts the selected stk behind all the other stks.

---Stk creator Buttons
Line-Enables you to add a line to one of the red nodes or the orange node.

Circle-Enables you to add a circle to one of the red nodes or the orange node.

Toggle Segment Kind-Allows you to change the selected segement to a circle or line.

Thickness-Changes the thickness of the selected segment.

Duplicate-Makes a copy of the selected segment that you put on one of the nodes.

Static/Dynamic-If it's static, then that selected segment will not be able move in the animation. Dynamic is the opposite of static.

Delete-Delete the selected segment. (only deletes the segments on the end.)

Dude, anybody could figure that out on there own. I joined like three days ago, and the didn't help me what so ever.

yeah. he's right. good effort, but you might've as well as copied the readme.
