I think, that unfinished material shouldn't be judged......or else Oxob, you would have to score each and every attack also within quality and creativity....
I dont know if anyone agree, but that's my opinion....

Because i think, that there will be, alot of unfinished entries for Round 10.

and it's also a waste of time, to watch something....that people haven't been going full-hearted into.
