Sadly it would seem like a lot of fun games are ruined by those that always want to win and will cheat to do so.

I would say if a game cannot do more regulations on these cheatings, then the game must be a fail one

1st statement in the quote: Indeed is it meaningless. Just as meaningless as smoking, drinking and other things. Yet people do it, do they not? Of course it is perfectly getting pissed off when you are looking for a good time. Games are meant to be enjoyed, that's why they were created in the first time; to entertain people. But now to thrill to win things have become so much to people that they believe that have to win all the time. Thus making it less fun for other players who also want to have fun and win.

2nd statement in the quote: Right, which is why I wonder if their is truly a point in the ratings if people take it so very important that they have to stoop so low to cheat just to be better. I agree that it means nothing but that is sadly a opinion and others have a different thought that you do.

3rd statement in the quote: The more rules mean less fun yes. But is it worth it to have less rules and small amounts of extreme fun instead of more rules that ensure you can have fun but not in the extreme amounts so you don't get drunk with it (just a metaphor.) so that you always want to win and thus like I said that you stoop so low you start to cheat. And I have seen too many games that fall so very far down the good game ladder because of cheating that it has become quite annoying and a extreme nuisance.

And well, why players are cheating? Ehm...maybe to gain something that they couldnt really gain?
And also, dont worry about your rating ^_^ What counts is your skill, and your fun, not more. I know, its annyoing to face those who cheats, lags, OOS, etc....and therefor ya will loose your fun, which is dramaticly. Thats one of the reasons I stopped playing SE, so I am hoping CJ and the others gonna solve this problem...

I beat him in classic once, since we didn't like each other and quarrel often
It was so annoying that he freezed the game, and when I won with chaos, he said I paid to win often :/

then in the next game I met him the game stopped in the very first start

He is one guy that all players would quarrel with him, but who cares? He's just a kid.

I'd like to name one person, who I think has probably got an hacked account

The name is "mertcanbakis". What got my attention after I played against him is the number of wins/losses on his profile: 727/809

Now, I suspect him to have hacked the account (he probably got his membership in this way too) mainly for 2 reasons
1- with that number of wins/losses he is currently at 1200/1300 of rating (I played against him with an account I started recently), which is pratically the newcomer one. Strange for someone with so much experience
2- when I played against him, I won. But he wasn't strong at all: I was always up ahead of him and everytime the match ended he accused me to be hacking

Now, I don't have any evidence for what I'm saying and I could probably be wrong to accuse him. Only one thing: if you met him, be advised

Win to loss ratio does not dictate rating.
Here are some examples frost has about twice as many wins as losses (and about 700 wins) with a rating of 600
It all depends on how the wins and losses are distributed and who you win/lose against
