Yes. Because an IP ban is a ban on your internet IP. It means you can play on another internet just fine. Or you have a dynamic IP/proxy which probably won't even affect you, because it changes every time you log in.

everytime he was losing, he immediately oosed the match , which cannot be tolerated

And I cannot have the replay record due to oos

but he finally admit himself of cheating

Idk if you were around earlier, but he practically complained all over the SE section about how Order was underpowered and how Chaos and Elementals is a "pay2win" thing. Fortunately we managed to "silence" him from the forums after losing a debate/argument about this miserably.

Sorry hattori, but you could not really ask for someone to get banned just due to his lag

Lag is not a kind of cheating , but it is undeniably annoying.

And I faced beyen more than 30 times before, he was a chaos player before with 2k rating, but now he switched to order.
In the past I played him he did not lag at all, though I don't know why he suddenly lagged so much with a ping more than 1100

CT said he was aware of a ping changer which existed. And it is surprising to know that someone who you play pretty often suddenly spikes his lag

Using the o key to view ping and checking if your opponent is lagging only when you would need to micro in response to something is a very good way to identify with certainty if they are abusing lag.

As Chaos I can make them eat bombs for it but otherwise there's little you can do even once you do realise, though you can at least be wary from then on.

A player named DiegoMaster had a game with me today. Was 33 seconds into it when it froze. Nothing out of the ordinary, it appeared we both archidon started and were playing normal, so I figured it was a bug. I put the game in a separate chrome window as it was live and went to do something else. After an hour, the connection to the game was still live (saying I was "lagging" in one manner or another). I went to check up on this player using another acc, and lo I find that there is a replay of me and him at the top. This is not normal, because I was still frozen in my other window! I checked his account, and he went on to win against RIxJoe, no replay of which is available. I review the game replay of me and Diego, and it's the same game on ice, freezing at 33 seconds.




This is concerning for several reasons, the first being how I can still be in a game claiming I haven't lagged out yet while it's been finished. This player's ratio is prominent as well, holding a 35-1 classic record with no games logged for deathmatch.

If RI Joe or anyone else who has played him could step forward and give their account, that would be great. But somethings pretty disturbing on how this was executed. I've always been able to check the game's live business on another account in a new window, and it's almost finished if the game's lag counter is still activated.

EDIT: I've been lagged out in my other tab.

That seems pretty weird, we'll have to look into that. By "Give their account" you're asking for pass or code? I could ask joe if you want.
