Are you referring to LocXWinter? He OOSed me yesterday... that is how he is getting so high and such a record. If he is winning, he plays and wins... if he is losing, he OOS the match.

Im pretty sure Max gave membership to 300+ accounts, hacked some of the accounts, and was annoying with OOS to the point where CJ paid him to stop using it (atleast thats what he said)
