Well maybe in flash ! But I'll make it in Game Maker
Anyway guys i can make sprites in flash and export them as a gif right ?

Yes, you can make sprites in flash turn them into gif then import them

So what I'll Do is Make a menu For the entrence !
Then you find a play button,after that A select menu of the characters will appear, after you select your player you'll be able to see him attack some enemys ! I guess I'll use the arena Bg
Just a small game showing the powers of eachone
But in order to do that I need :
-sprites, So there's 6 characters, I need each one sprite running and stuff and I'll include some powers, The problem Is time I might travle and not see you guys for a week or so, So should I get with it ? Or do my weekly ?

the weekly is very easy just make it first then you can focus on the game
You know we want a good game not a rushed one ;)
