ok, so, this is just my opinion, nothing big

i don't think u should just kick members over inactivity only
clans go inactive all the time and then pic back up, sometimes people have a lot of time then they don't, we live in different time zones, with some different vocational dates
if u kick members like that, then u will always have to change arts, and stuff, and u will never hold together as one, (just think zetabrand)

Agreed. But, he just vanished. No warning or anything. Not even a little note that said, I'm gonna be busy. Be hardcore or get lost. That's how we are and that's how we choose to be. No excuses.
