this is my first actual animation on flash besides a quick test combo i did b4 joining here. im just startig this animation but i dont like how it looks when i make a punch or kick connect. (looks weak?) also when the blue stick man lands after taking a punch. dont like it eithr. a bit of CNC would be apriciated b4 i continue this animation. :)

To make punches and kicks look stronger you have to exaggerate the space between the initial wind up for the punch and the impact. Then ease it at the end just a tad to make it look smooth.

This is actually really good for a first animation, you could get really good if you keep practicing. Good luck :)

if you want more visual impact add a few more little frames before the hit, then on the hit exaggerate how far the arm or leg extends.

Try to practice spacing, recoil and easing, and you are way better than me when I made my first flash animation..

There is a easyer way to do this:
1:download pivot
2:download somthing else to do it

shake the v-cam everytime you hit, and you can also put a light blue flash screen effect on a speacial attack :D
thats all, cause thats pretty damn good :D

Ya, your putting to much space between the hits, though you have like, a nice Effect. You are a really good animator for the 2nd anim you have made. Good luck for your future animations
