Stabber - It is a gray spike in his back hand with moar gray spikes (but darker) in the back of the gray spike (yo dawg I heard you like spikes). The spike is bent pointing forward, not up k?
Alpha orange Kite - Its not really kite shaped and size. It is a techno-alpha triangular orange weapon used for defense.
Portal - It is a portal. Arm Rider can resize the size of the portal to fit the person in it. He uses it to make the enemy "punch himself" for fun. The entrance and exit portal is located in both of his hands.
Ice Skater's blade - it is located in below his hand (below palm, just picture it). Through it's brand, it is a blade that is majorly offensive because it can slice enemies but not instantly. Just picture the ice skater's blade.
Stabber - only activates in rage mode. The back of Arm Rider's hand gives out so many Joined spikes in the Main spike (which is the largest). It'll turn into a drill, but no swirly things.
Shield - The "kite" becomes large (baseball field size divided by 4, as estimated) and will protect RHG people behind him.
Portal - The ability is already listed on the info. Sometimes, the Portal becomes a sucker and the exit is in outer space.
Skater's blade - Neon edge will electricute the enemy.
Weakness
The stabber's length will exceed from the back palm's center to 2 inches shorter than the midfing, which makes A.R. (arm rider) hard to stab the enemy. The portal's size is too small for a single fist to be entered unless A.R. will resize it. It also takes 3 seconds to resize it and 3 seconds to undo it, which gives advantage to A.R.

Arm Rider lives in America. His parent's were still alive at his present age. He got his powers/ weapons by this.
When he was 18, while he was having a f
ield trip to a nuclear reactor, he suddenly slipped to the left because of the slippery atomic waste (water if you dont get it or im wrong). When he slipped, his phone fell and he hit a barrel of nuclear liquid, and he was bringing his favorite rock and it fell to. All he bringed was being held by him, and his hands were affected by the liquid. So his hands were mutated. The rocks represents the stabber, the phone (colored orange) represents the shield, the portal was suddenly made, and the skates were given by the scientists as his birthday (at the age of 27).
