Abilities:
-The power to copy other peoples Psychical attacks
-Very good memory

Weakness:
-Cannot copy powers or elemental attacks
-Needs time to study attacks

Story:
Techno was created in a mutant lab, by a crazed scientist, as the Lab exploded so did Techno, as he decided to go to the RHG, to find out his potential.
