I was wondering if there was a way to put all sounds into one layer and it one file instead of one hit sound as a seperate file in seperate layers.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you mean have two sounds at once in one layer, then no.

Oh, I get it, yes, you can put multiple sounds in one layer as long as they dont overlap and you can save them

It doesnt, it saves as a .fla. Try it and save in the right place.

I meant that it saves the sound file as stream1 in the fla library so the fla size is not big

Easy. Press File, Export, Export Movie, and save it as .wav file. It will convert all the sounds into one with less file size.
