Bug of Rating! Fix it

This bug or what ever it is but it is very bad , the thing is that I won a match my rating was already 1534 and when it pluses the rating so it added 31 but the rating incresed only 1 what the hell happened with me 2 times! it is now only 1535 , it cant be! plz fix this bug!!!!
urgent bcz it dosent increses rating it added 31 and it shows but only increses only 1

He's saying that it indicated that he earned 31 points, but instead 1 point was added.
