If you're like me, you like to stock up on speartons, but be careful! If you find out your opponent has a giant or he tells you, and if you have enough speartons to take it out (about 8-18 depending on size) kill it! Your opponent may have a ton of miners, all stocking up on just gold, turning out 3 more giants in the next 5 minutes. If you don't have many miners, you may only get a few more speartons by that time. 4 huge giants vs. a squadron of spartans, no competion. By the time you kill one giant, to many speartons will be lost.Take out the giants while alone, our you may regret it.

well, first, it only takes 4 speartons to take out a fully upgraded giant (same with 8 spears and 2 giants and so on) so the only thing you have to do is keep pilling up on speartons and pray he doesnt have wingidons behind that castle because if he has only one giant and you have 8 speartons, your ahead, by a lot. and if he does have to much giants, (although very cheap) just use spearton rush

Blu is right if too many giants so spartans cant compete and just rush with spears he will no be able to do anything just rush if he has more economy than u and so make speartons at least 2 lines and rush here u win.

Ok, don't stockpile a bunch of speartons. That might help. Swords with rage + a single spearton tank can take down a giant faster with almost half as much pop count.

No, think about it. 8 spears will be enough.

When 4 spears are killing one giant, you basically have 3 spears attacking + 1 spear in stun lock.
When 8 spears are killing one giant out of a mass of two, you have, at worst, 6 spears attacking + 2 spears in stun lock.

I like ghost spearton with archers and supporting spears. The ghost is free and works as a scout while the speartons tank damage for the archers to shoot down stuff.

4 Speartons=1 Giant. And I was wondering, how many SwordWrath do you need to kill a Giant?

7. Swordwrath with rage beat any unit with equal pop. For example: 3 swords > 1 spearton. The only units this doesn't apply to are magikill and albatross.
