Yeah, I was converting this flash animation to a video file. It is about 10-20 seconds long. It took nearly 1 hour to convert it. I was so stressed out, everything froze trying to convert that 1 video file! Can someone find a great solution to this problem?

Why don't you have a CS branch of flash? 10 - 20 seconds would take less than 30 sec to render on my computer.

Swivel gets a very high quality .avi file for free and without any watermarks/banners, so it will obviously take time to convert videos. Either that or you have a lot open at once, try closing down all your programmes then doing something else whilst you wait.
All I can say is to be more greatful you're privaliged to such a thing.

Probably because you have the video bitrate way too high.
Try lowering it.

So I have it at 4 Mbps, is that too high?

Because I tried it and STILL it takes a long time to convert.

I am doomed :(
