View Profile So you mean do we lie about the Birthday part?
It sees that you must have an age = or > 18.
Got any parents?

View Profile I told you, showing people your work de motivates you almost entirely, after showing someone your work, you get a sense of 'completion' like you've completed whatever you were doing..
Actually for me, it doesn't. It's just that I'm busy ever since I joined professional studios such as Double Rainboom, Flashdeck Animations, and got LinkedIn up and running with a lot of groups inviting me. I'm not really demotivated.

View Profile I think that eve though Yun's was unfinished, it deserves way more than a 3.3. Maybe a 6
I do believe your thinking is a bit wrong.....
The meaning of BSE is, to animate the given combo and special element in the best possible way......if you cant even finish the combo, then you shouldn't have been giving a score at all in my opinion.....I think that unfinished parts shouldn't be able to participate in BSE, because it's actually not worth looking at....

View Profile Agree to Julermud, but to think their efforts were useless. It's pretty harsh to get a zero despite your progress.
Oxob, I made an account for dad but it's my email. I'm expecting him to use it soon.
Do I contact Stone on Stickpage?
In Facebook, he doesn't usually reply. In XChat, I've never seen him chatting.

But if you're to utilize that opinion into the actual thing, then what is to be the point of BSE? BSE is usually scheduled at the end of summer break to the early spring. And in between, people have school and later on near the end of BSE, there are a lot more unfinished animations. So, using or taking this opinion seriously will only create problems with the actual competition. At least take heart to those who made progress.

That ain't no excuse. Even if it was legit or not, at least give them a score that would make sense. My unfinished BSE Round 5 part got a 6.5 even when it was unfinished. I didn't even like it. But I still got a 6.5. So basically, it ain't no excuse if it is legit or not.

Well the base combo was complete, all the moves were there.
Also keep in mind that there seem to have been different judges for each round so inconsistency with the scores is inevitable.

I half believe that Yun, you had plenty of time to finish and as I recall you had only just joined flashdeck animations, and I'm sure double rainboom wasn't day exerting for weeks on end..
I may be wrong, but I reckon you excused your unfinished entry with your "constant invitations" to groups.
BUT IT ALL DOESN'T MATTER SINCE WHAT YOU HAD WAS OK ANYWAY. :D

Well yes I only joined Flashdeck Animations. For Double Rainboom, since I'm a top SPFX animator and character animator, I'm piled with short due dates and full-body shots. It's pretty intense.
Aside from that, I will try to do more of the BSE in shorts.

Haha, well all right Yun, I do enjoy your work whatever it is.
