You have to go to the patterns thing and click the little arrow on the side, then press load patterns and find em.

Ah, well I have been in a little confusion, I have been trying to color my drawings, and some tutorials mention "Paintbrushes" and "Air Brushes" What is the difference exactly and what are they? Also, what is a hard-edge brush? Thanks

Well, I guess they just mean some of the different types of default brushes that photoshop comes with.
For example, in this image that I found on google, the highlighted brush is a hard brush because of it's crisp edges. Below it are some soft brushes, with gradient edges.

Airbrushes aren't on there, but this is what one would look like. Note the settings on the left side of the list. Well, according to one site at least. I don't know much about airbrushing, but this is all I could find.

Hope it helped.

hey...brand new to whole art/PS idea stuff...just thinkin about gettin into it....
k my question...i am a child...i do not have an immense and obscene amount of money stored somewhere...the most that I may have is 100 dollars....I wish to purchase PS, but i realized that the new one is like 600/700 dollars. I need a version of PS that will be under 100 dollars and that I will be able to edit and/or create pix or sigs on....doesnt have to be brand new...doesnt need all the features...I just need to know what will get the job done and where to buy it.
Your help and experience would be greatly appreciated.

...I know what piracy is, but if I knew how to pirate PS do you think that I would be here? I'm looking to buy a version of PS that will have enough features to create sigs or pictures of whatever i want, under $100. if that is not possible then just say so. And I'm not sure that I would want to pirate PS anyway, seeing as how piracy is a crime and all, and, wellit wouldnt be cool if I got caught. :P
hey, so i found and DL Gimp....uh does anyone know if rensers work on that too?

You're asking if.. you can paste/open images into Gimp. A feature Paint supports.
Yes, yes you can use renders with Gimp.
