i have recently played a game, (giant massing on both sides ik im ashamed but what are you gonna do?) and i had the middle and one more giant, but he had a major turtle goin on, so this went on for about 23 minutes, and he was pretty friendly, i ended up victorious (due to tower spawn and OK micro skills) but after that match i was thinking, that to reduce boredom in matches and prevent rating loss due to quiting from boredom (barely happens but you never know) and i thought that a draw button would be absolutely awesome, it starts with one player sending an invite and the other opponent can either, agree to the stalemate, or decline and keep fighting, if he chooses to do a stalemate then the match ends with a title saying tie, or draw, or stalemate, (with some guys blowing on trumpets of course) and the game would end and both players walking away with no rating loss or gain at all, this idea brings me to yet another idea, or rather suggestion, a new animation for when someone surrenders or lags out, it should include the statue falling along with the sad violin and some guys crying and holding up a white flag, this idea is purely for fun and not for encouraging the player to stop rage quiting, but wait, shouldn't we do something about that? rage quiting can cause you to have a lower rating, or no daily creds, many people i know (and hate) surrender before i can take down their statue, so today im going to introduce something called, a reputation, it scales from +10 to -10 and each surrender/lag out means the rep is put down 1 point (similar to the badeggs rep system) each finished game win or loss counts as 1 up, but i know one of you will ask, why the positives? well thats insurence for when your in the middle of a match and you gotta go for some reason, (like getting baptised :D, not saying im christian or anything) post your CONSTRUCTIVE complaints, opinions and comments

I dont understand why its a bad thing to surrender when you think the game is out of your control.
If the other guy has center tower, ghost and a bigger army, whats wrong with surrendering?
Personally, I dont surrender often, as there is always a chance he'll lag out, hehe, and I'll take a cheap win over a loss (but not as cheap as an exploit <*spits in disgust*>)
Sometimes I have had enemies surrender at points where I feel the game is still even, but hey - its his free choice.
But the stalemate button is a good idea.
Doubly so in a beta game, where there may be bugs.
The other day against an opponent the screen went blue on me and I couldnt see the game properly, I was playing half blind. Maybe the opponent would have accepted a draw to that game as it was bugged.

I agree with stalemate, but I am not so sure about reputation.

The draw button is an awesome idea, just press the draw button and see if your foe replies, but we must have it so it can only happen twice, that way we don't spam the draw button and force the enemy to lag out.
