As long as they are a unified front and not individual characters with individual pages, I guess so. People have made 4 person RHGs before.
Just keep in mind that you'll have to put some limitations because you are making other characters fight four people at once.

Most people just pm their battle request to the person who made the thread, or just go onto A thread and request a battle.

That call is entirely up to you. How long you want to wait past the deadline without any sort of communication from the other side is your descision to make. Like Silent said, I would probably give it around 2 weeks. (But don't stop workin on the animation while you wait. Use the extra time you may or may not give your opponent to make your animation Better.)

I'm planning to make an RHG but one question. I already have a story planned out and I have an "Animator's Bucket List" to complete (some are insane) but in my char's info, he and his soul partner (yes their souls are one) joins RHG to train and learn to fight for their country. Though one of them has a secret power to obtain and I plan to to it in my final battle. Do I have to specify what abilities and weaknesses does the secret power have or can it just be a surprise and just say "He has a secret power to obtain...."?

You can keep it as a surprise for later. achieving milestones in your character's development isn't against the rules.

i cant find my rhg thread btw i made 2 threads and they have not been approved so what now?

On your profile it says you never made any RHG related thread. I would think it's okay to try again. For a thread to be approved you have to bring it to a moderator's attention, or get twenty posts.

Or continuing from what Xyskal said, you can Private Message one of forum Moderators to consult your problem about it. Trust me, they help.
