As for the animation....it was just a simple flip, didnt really have anything to stand out for interz.....it was a bit choppy to me and physics seemed off. Keep praticing!

Your physics were off, and that's not how a flip is done.

The arm movements bothered me I don't know why.
Maybe if it was longer of an animation it wasn't much to rate.
