Samsung probably sponsored them because an african albino soccer team would attract attention, mostly due to the fact that their disability might spark inspiration for people around the world on how even they can do something, not just stay at home and sleep. Not sure though.

You see, in many African tribal cultures the body parts of albino people are believed to have special medicinal properties. It is common for albino Africans to be killed and harvested for their bodies by criminals and shamans. That is why Samsung sponsored them; to help support their cause.
