He can spawn whales to do his bidding.
Solves his problems through shenanigans.

Weaknesses: He's not a fighter at all. He tends to just watch his whales do all the work.

Story: Ever since he was a kid, he was always making wierd noises with his mouth. All the other sticks made fun of him because they couldn't understand what he was doing. Due to his lack of stick friends, he created a noise and combined it with a simple hand motion that could summon whales to fill the gap in his life.

I don't understand if you only want him to make a longer demo, or you are stating that in case he doesn't, his RHG will be locked.
In case its the second one, there is no time limit in demos, they are meant to demonstrate an RHG's abilities, and I can clearly understand Whaley's abilities after watching the demo, there for, there is no reason to lock this RHG.

On another note, I believe it was NC's RHG who could spawn kitties, I might be wrong, but in any case it reminded me of that RHG, hope to see some battles with that sexy style of yours.

I'm not going to lock it for that, that's just a recommendation. I know it'd be unfair to lock his thread because of this, so I'm just simply saying it's better he did.
