how to put links in PNG files

i want to put a link on my youtube background in the top so it can take you to my DA and NG,

but i have convert it into png but the link dose not work anymore, but i want to know how they do it
for example try clicking jomms facebook link http://www.youtube.com/user/FlashJ0mm

You get those banners if you are a youtube partner. Are you a youtube partner?

That's not actually TRUE, you can get partnership when you have less views/subs then that. It's just that you need lots of views per new video to actually get money from it.

To get the links in your youtube page, you no longer need a partnership (as anyone can get one now) what you want to be looking at is a "brand channel".
