Okay I need a decent art progam
I have PS6 but it lags ALOT and is just overall annoying
I have to pay for SAI T__T
I also have Adobe Illustrator, but that is overly complicated *Sigh* any suggestions or ways to get free SAI??

The best thing to do is just pay for SAI. Bypassing the procedure to pay for the software would be considered piracy, and the pirated copy you may have could be contained with viruses and malware, so I don't think you should try to circumvent in a situation like that.
If anything, you should just pay for SAI, learn to use Adobe Illustrator, or find a free alternative graphics program.

There are a multitude of programs out there for use. It would help if you were a bit more specific with your needs. I am assuming you want something with drawing, So I will include a few that have layer capabilities. Feel free to tell me if you are looking for something differnet.
GIMP is completely free. It runs a lot like photoshop, however with the steep learning curve It can be a bit more difficult. I have found loads of tutorials for it on google and youtube, and it can be downloaded here:

Paint.NET also is a good option. Think of it as an upscale version of MS paint, but with layers and quite a few more options. I do find that the support basis for it is not nearly as built up. But, It is free and does not have that too terrible of a learning curve:

Paint.net is what i use if needed, it is a decent program and is free.
