Luff's is a lot smoother, even though it isn't finished. Ghombeat that style needs work. It seems stop-and-go-ish.

I'm gonna have to go with Ghombeat. His is actually finished. Luffy's was smooth, but you can't really tell what happened. Where are all these speed battles coming from?
