...what is so hard about looking at the sections and tutorials BEFORE you post, rather then after everyone has looked at your little thread about 'omfg howe do i get flash plz help i cant find it anywhere?
What is so hard about typing properly? Why can't you idiot noobs just use the shift, comma and period keys, and type using your brain, rather than palming the keyboard hoping to achieve a half decent post?
And what is so damn hard about going to www.google.com and searching for the answer before you make a useless thread about it that everybody will hate you for? Or using the stickpage search function? And why must you say that you did search but couldn't find anything, and then we have to waste our time to find it for you in under thirty seconds?
DO IT YOURSELF.
Before you make a thread, do the following:
1. Think about your question.
2. Try to figure it out yourself.
3. If you can't figure it out yourself, use the StickpagePortal Forum search function.
4. If you STILL can't find it, Google it.
5. Look through at least the first 5 pages before giving up.
6. If you can't find anything, try refining your search.
7. Repeat step 5.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 at least three times.
9. Come back here, and go to the GENERAL HELP SECTION.
10. THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE POSTING, AND POST IT WITH CORRECT GRAMMAR AND SPELLING.
11. Start creating a new thread.
12. Include a well-explained example of your problem.
13. If you do not know the proper spelling of a word, look in a dictionary, or do a google search for the word, and it will come up with the suggested correct spelling of it.
14. Include a picture or a screen shot if possible. Press the button immediately right of F12 (Print Scrn/SysRq) to take a shot, then paste it into a new bitmap image to make a screenshot.
15. Post your thread.
IT'S NOT THAT HARD.

A "then" that has been bothering me for years now just became a "than", what it should be.

The amount of common sense, or lack thereof, that some people possess challenges belief.
I agree with your rant entirely, but these guys still aren't going to learn.

Sticky would be nice.

The people you're ranting about post threads asking for help in main, and can't ****ing tie the relation between Help threads and the general help forum. I doubt they'll come here and read this before posting themselves, since they apparently can't even find this subforum.
I really, really doubt anyone will learn anything from this. Still I completely agree.

I find it hard to believe that such people even live on the face of our planets. Adapte to the fact that we create these threads and helpful resource so you dont go posting "PLEAZE HELP ME GET FLASH!?!!!". I dont know how nicer moderators can get, people like that deserve ban.

It's in their blood.

The stupid n00bs better read this.
racial thing: WHITE POWER.lol.(sorry,my brother is over and he makes my step dad talk about how he used to yell N*****.lol.)
but seriously. This needs to be stickied.Atleast it's power could get some people to think, except with a different title like "all new members MUST read before posting"

Mar 31, 2007 2:31 AM #28240
Then you're an idiot.
Newbs are new members in general, noobs can be new or old, they're just asshats that don't follow rules and are generally complete idiots when it comes to.. well, everything.

That has to be the worst grammar I've ever seen. Just proves how people like to jump onto the winning side regardless of ........screw it.
Here's the thing people. It's not the same people doing it over and over, they learn. The thing is that it is NEW people who make the same mistake. The thing is, you can't force someone to read something. If it were anything, it would be the rules.

Yes, yes you can.
SFDT has something along the lines where it pretty much forces you to read a PM that's sent to you by Calvert when you join. At least IIRC, it did..
I'm pretty sure we all know that it's new members making the same mistakes over and over again, but they're so trivial, we can't figure out why they all make these easily avoided mistakes. All it points to is laziness and general unwillingness to be a decent member of the community.
