I like the concept of the RHG and the look of the pictures. Who did them?

However, my friend Xate here has effectively added a few things to Lucas to make it his own unique character. So he can do with his character what he pleases.

A proper response to what you said can literally be found in the comment above your own.

Also I took the liberty of looking at your character profile. Seeing as he is literally an edge-lord and I had to put band-aids on my eyes after reading cause I cut my eyes on the screen, I don't think you're in much of a position to judge his character. (Don't come up with the "but at least mine's original" argument cause I can shoot that one down immediately).

Then he split personalities, gave him an item that allows him to use other characters techniques, increased what all aura entails, and then made him an interesting character.
I mean, sure, it's pretty damn obvious that he was heavily inspired by pokemon during this character's creation. Hell, he practically tells you with the character's name. But, he's made it a creation of his own.

I basically take the pokemon Lucario, and make him a character.

With the idea of him being both being a pure physical attacker AND a pure special attacker at the same time, I let him have two souls.

And tacked onto that the Megaman power copy. (Fun fact: A megaman fusion system was called Double Soul :D)

Which I plan to revise.
