Anyways.
Force can be shown and applied using the principle of easing. Where the movement starts slow, speeds up to the climax, then slows down into a rested position.
Also add more frames in your animation, it's a bit choppy

Basically what he said in addition to it being a little bit wobbly. Work on that.
