Would love some tips on how to apply force on my hits. And other tips as well. CnC would also be nice.

You're a newbie, so I won't bash on you. It has something to do with this:

Anyways.
Force can be shown and applied using the principle of easing. Where the movement starts slow, speeds up to the climax, then slows down into a rested position.
Also add more frames in your animation, it's a bit choppy

Basically what he said in addition to it being a little bit wobbly. Work on that.

Well That Looked Good !
It's Kinda Flow, I Like The Intro !
And Maybe You Can Add Shakes With V-cam For Force, Good Job :)
