This is a great idea, other than the fact that it sort of excludes all the stick animators.
although some people feel that they should be the exception of this; the "Fluid Anims" community is evolving.
If you guys would like the be conservative and stick to stickfigures then you shouldn't be in this kind of community.
Im assuming that stone might not be as active on stickpage once this system is up and running, so if you guys want to keep doing stickfigures then do it, you don't need someone else
if you really want to do what you do.
It also seems like a way to filter out all the people who are skilled(or unskilled) but don't finish anything so that the determined ones will change through force of action. It's sort of like building another "tier" of animators and raising the standards.
A smaller community may be for the best.
but stone never said anything about that so I may be wrong :/

umm.. maybe thats the reason they posted it on April 1st.. to make you think its a joke.

I'm not going to be convinced until tomorrow, and you say it's real. It's April 1st, after all.

Quote from XaioShadowWAIT.. wait... will there still be a page for stick figure animators?
because obviously everyone isn't going to be able to make presentable fullbody animations at once.
so i think that there should be a seperate page for the less experienced stick animators.
just my thought...
stickpage will be stickpage without rhgs it will be a stickanimation sight but RHGs will be moving to fluidanims so yes there will be 2 sights

ok thanks for that :)
but why did they delete all the RHG pages?

Is this just a twisted April Fools day joke? Or are you serious? You can't be serious.

Full body RHG pic, meaning if this is totally going through, I'm okay with it:
Not trying to show off, just saying. It's honestly not that hard, if you have a good grasp of drawing nice looking stick figures, then look up some tuts on youtube and practice practice practice! Instead of whining about this whole thing, start drawing your own RHG full body pics and post it on here! Let's see who's actually trying and who's not.

Who ever said that Zaptor?.^
and yeah i just came to realize this was on april 1st, and that stone might not even be able to animate fullbody, but if this is real he'd probably learn it
I remember stone once defended stickanimation back at FA when he was making "Get Stronger" I forgot what he said exactly, but he did say he felt that calling fullbody animation as "real animation" was not accurate. and then compared it to a plain piece of granite, which can be turned into a sculpture or something deep like that.

The point I believe is that the new RHG is supposed to essentially divide the good and the bad. Rather than have a few good and a whole lot of bad.

Did no one check to see when Stone made this thread?

Another Question that i think some people might be considering is:
WHAT COUNTS A FULLBODY?
for instance do we have to make every detail?
or can we make a simple body?
this is something i scratched out in a few munites
http://www.fileize.com/view/5a1e8418-a4a/
does something of this standard count as fullbody?
or does it need more detail?
