For those who don't know, a textventure is an adventure in text. I will essentially describe everything that happens, and to progress, you simply say a course of action. Now, just because a suggestion is made, doesn't mean it'll occur. There has to be some level of sense to it, or it has to be outright hilarious enough to be worth warranting. There are a few rules to know, before starting though.
Read This Or Else (Click to Show)

Now to begin:

You wake up in a small chamber. A faint light filters in from a hole far, far above you. It appears you fell into a hole and knocked yourself out. Your memory is completely gone, and you feel the metallic taste of blood in your mouth. Your vision is shaky at the moment, but you can make out a reflective surface just to your right in the light. You look into it and see...

[Customization Stage]
This is where you build the character. The character can be as wacky as you want, as long as it is within limits. Suggestions for the main character must be as followed:

Name: Duh.
Gender: Double Duh.
Appearance: I don't really care. Make it bipedal, quadrupedal, a flyer, whatevs. The better the description, the better I like you.
Special Skill: This must either be a normal human skill, or a completely physical superpower. There is a good reason for this.
Basic Equipment: Something your character has with them. Can be nearly anything, but only one of it. If armor, only a single piece of armor.
Basic Weapon: Can't be enchanted, augmented, or anything like that. Pick a weapon, describe it if you want, put it down.

So basically you're ripping off Captain Cook's thingie http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?55410-What-do-you-do

Despite how hilarious that would be, this is actually closer to being a clone of Homestuck rather than Cook's, if purely because this is more of a completely silly nature, with ridiculousness out the wazoo.

This can be considered like the bastard child of D&D and Homestuck. Now, I'd rather like a character to start this thing.

Name: John Flamoes

Gender: Male

Appearance:

Height: He is 1 feet and 11 inches (1.8 meters).

Condition: He smokes a lot and suffers from addiction after two days of not smoking.
Face: He has a rough beard, but he trims it occasionally. His hair color is red/brownish, but he isn't a ginger. His jaw is wide, and his eyebrows are thick which makes him look kind of "alpha male". Brown eyes. His hairs are cut short by himself because he is rather to poor to go to a barber.
Body and clothes: His skin is tanned, because he works outside as a gardener. He usually wears an dark-green jumpsuit with a black T-shirt underneath. Dirty shoes.
Other: He is a problem drinker because his wife left him two months ago, but not addicted to alcohol.

Special Skill: he is able to destroy almost any sort of plants, he can also communicate with birds.

Basic Equipment: A small black backpack, a watch, a flashlight, a small compass, a small pocketknife, small flagon of whiskey.

Basic Weapon: enchanted hedge-shears (they are incredibly sharp)

Your name is Jimmy Flamos. You're white with a tan, and while not the most muscular guy, you're not a wimp. You're naturally average height (because if you were short, that would be dumb). You're wearing typical white trash clothing and for some reason have a backpack and some shears that are completely average in every way. They're also monogrammed, which is how you found out your name. You must like these shears, which is weird since you're pretty sure you're like, a chef or something. After you're done checking out your appearance, you look in your pants and realize you have no genitals.

...

Well, that kinda sucks. After you stop freaking out, you look around at your actual surrounding. This place seems old. REALLY old. In front of you are three doors, each with a symbol carved into it. The left one has a sun, the right one a crescent moon, and the middle a question mark. Each door also has a button beside it. Behind you is pretty much just some blank walls of stone, a few scratches toward the bottom. Above you is the hole you noticed earlier where the light streams out from. Doesn't exactly seem like you'll be getting out that way, so you should probably try investigating the room more or doing something with those weird doors.

Who is Jimmy Flamos? Did you just merge two people? If that's true, I'm out.

This is still open is it not?

Name: Roland ??? ???
Gender: Male
Appearance: Pathetically weak in strength, blue glasses that are terribly crooked and bent along with having many cracks and scratches, incredibly pale skin, a long thick leather jacket along with blue baggy jeans, a bit tall, short brown hair, clean teeth but just a few cavities, 15 in age, olive colored eyes.
Special Skill: Knowledge on medical parts, basic math and science knowledge, knowledgeable on ranged and melee combat (except for hand to hand combat), technologically smart, some survival skills.
Basic Equipment: A flashlight that takes 2 AA batteries, 4 AA batteries including the two in the flashlight, small multipurpose pocketknife, a water bottle and a single ham sandwich, a long rope, a large backpack containing all of the equipment stated, an Ipod with everything but internet access, first aid kit, a couple matches, a retractable fishing rod without bait, and finally a broken compass that needs to be fixed.
Basic Weapons: a bow with arrows, a small multipurpose pocketknife, and a small buckler shield.

You begin investigating that stone wall behind you, because you're suspicious about those doors. Seriously, three of them? Right there? WITH BUTTONS?! It is clearly some kind of ploy to catch your interest. Looking at the wall though, you notice those scratches you saw earlier were actually words. It looks like someone took the time to faintly scratch them in the stone with their own fingers, because there is faintly dried red stuff around them and you're sure it isn't strawberry gelatin. The words read as followed:

"You only get one choice, but you have three save files. Never forget to save often, either. That's what killed me."

That sounded like a load of bull. You don't know why you bothered. This person was clearly crazy, making reality sound like some sort of game. Maybe they weren't hugged enough as a child? Now you're left confused and with less to do. So what should you do now?

This makes no sense to you. Clearly you're starting to go insane too, since you're thinking of life like a video game when clearly it is not. You're a person. You have a name that is monogrammed on the shears you inexplicably have. Stop trying to mess with reality. As you prepare to punch yourself in the face for having such a stupid thought in your head, you scratch behind your ear, because you can't punch yourself with an itchy ear, right? Suddenly time seems to stop, and words appear before you. They say Save, Load, and Extras. You scratch behind your ear again and they disappear, time going back to normal.

Not to self: never scratch behind ear again until you figure out what the heck just happened.

You look in your pockets and find absolutely nothing. What a rip. You look around the room again, and not that there is still absolutely nothing here aside from the creepy wall message and the three doors with buttons. Guess you'll have to do something with one of them now... but which one?
