How does the top 50 live replays work. Is it based on rating, length, money, or just hand picked? I'm kind of confused

i don't think it's based fully on rating because once i saw some one like 900 vs some one like 1800
That's all i know...

I think it's mostly based on rating, I dunno about anything else, because there was a match in the top 1 spot and it was fairly short

I'm pretty sure it's based on average of the two ratings. Like, if a 2000 and a 2000 played, it would be pretty hi up in the lives. But, if it was like 1200 vs 1200, then it's probably not on it. Sometimes, at the bottom you see things like 900 vs 2000, but they usually stay around the bottom of the list.

Mostly on rating, it'll include any game, as long as one of the players are 1700+ rating. The ones with top raters are first, so that's why they're always on top.

It goes to one player with the highest rating from 1700, then ordered by the average of rating between the two players in the game.

uh what?? I didn't understand that part.

The average rating of two players. That's how my replay been recorded there and I've been watching los of replays.

Out of the two players, one of them must have at least 1700 to be eligible for the top replays. Then it goes to the average between the two players. Therefore, I will always be on the top replays, but if I face someone with 700 (like yourself) I'm at the bottom of the 50 replays. Understand?

OHH I see. How do you know it is 1700 though?
Apr 5, 2013 12:53 AM #937707
Cuz it's rare to see a 1600 rater vs a person that's less than 1700 rating in the live replays. Unless no one's playing, and that's the only replay at that moment :p

That's what I was saying. It should be possible (if no higher ranks were playing ATM) for 2 1700- rating players to get top 50s.

It IS possible. But there's only 50 slots, and there's quite a few 1700ers out there that are ranking. Like me....

I thought you were 1200s....
Wtf sorry for off topic.
