You're kinda similar to me. Young. Have been in Flash for years on and off, and started with pivot before! ^^
Care to show us some examples of your animations? ^^ Sometimes that can tell a lot about someone, I'd love to see your style, and see if it's anything like mine, as we have quite similar pasts :3
Also, were you a part of darkdemon.org or droidz.org back when you used pivot? Just curious, I remember back when I 1st started this whole animation business, I went to darkdemon forums, and got loads of cool stuff from droidz.org :D

Welp I used to do some sticks but I'm sort of leaning away from that now, and working on fullbody
