Minecraft is one of those games I randomly go back to every few months to see what's new. I'm in a mood to play it again, so I set up a new server. Apparently a bunch of people wanted it, so I'll leave it up as long as people use it. For now it's public unless that becomes a problem, at which point I will make the server whitelist only.

Server Rules

1. No griefing. Period.
   
2. Do not use cheats or mods that give you an unfair advantage.
   
3. Show respect to all players, especially mods and admins.
   
4. You may establish communities that follow a set of rules you would like, within reason.
   
5. PVP is allowed, for now.
   
6. No noob towers at all. If you leave these pillars around that you've used to get a better look at your surroundings, you will be punished.
   
7. Destroy the whole tree. If you need wood, take all the wood or nothing at all. Leaves will delete themselves so long as you take all the wood.
   
8. Megabuilds or builds that require vast amounts of space MUST be approved first. Failure to do so will result in the build being removed.

Note: For abuse reasons, I do not allow non-mods to use commands such as /home, /warp or /tp. This is a survival server, and I feel these commands ruin the spirit of surviving if you can teleport out of danger.
Note 2: I will not condone use of a pirated version of Minecraft by setting my server to offline mode. There are many reasons for this, but mainly I'm not going to inconvenience myself because you're too cheap to buy this game.

I've always been more of a person who enjoys hopping onto competitive Minecraft servers, but I'm willing to adjust back to vanilla for the server, haha.

Gathered full iron armor and a tool set before even starting my house. I've gotten so used to the Hunger Games server startups.

EDIT: Oh Jeff by the way, for some of the tall swamp trees, the last wood block isn't able to be chopped off no matter how many times you try and it leaves massive tree leaves all over near the swamp biome. Do you know what's wrong?

Jeff told me it's probably because you're too close to spawn, but idk.
It works if you go far enough away.

Guys, I didn't think it was necessary but really? Don't fucking break other people's shit. I will not be unbanning those who aren't capable of at least some civility on the server. From what I can tell a bunch of users were harassing ONE person? Do you guys feel tough? Really pathetic.

EDIT: The point of the LWC protection is so that you can clearly define where you want people to go. We work off the golden rule, and if someone has their house locked you aren't welcome there. Breaking shit to get around it is just a dick move.

No it was another user's. He told me that Beast210 broke his windows which cannot be replaced because he wanted to "look around", even though this user had all his doors locked and such. So this user responded by killing the intruder, which apparently caused Beast210 to get sand his vagina like a little baby which resulted in him getting 2 other users to be equally childish in harassing this one person by constantly breaking and entering his house.
