If it was free, how would the developers make money? I'm pretty sure people will perfer the Elemental Empire rathar than the Chaos Empire.

Of course it should be free!
Just like food should be free, houses, petrol and cars should be free, education should be free; everything free.
We should all work without salary, to allow everything to be free, and we wont need moeny any more, after the revolution.
So its upto the Devs of this game to start the ball rolling, and move towards an ideal society where everything is free, some brave souls need to start the process, and we decided is the Devs!
